Tailoring my understanding to the way he teaches me, I am not overwhelmed or bombarded with too much information at once, and can focus on furthering my understanding one topic at a time. He taught me various ways I can approach a question, gave me examples, and walked me through the concepts behind the formulas and laws. Neil is one of the best tutors I have had in years, as he makes the session very efficient and is correct every single time. He has encouraged my efforts (even when they were wrong) and has guided me towards the right direction while still challenging me to begin problems. He uses my current understanding and approach to problems and shows me how to correctly do them the way I am comfortable with, rather than introducing a new method which usually confuses me.
