“He did his best; however, the session exceeded the time I had budgeted for one hour. He should have informed me beforehand and asked whether I could afford an additional 30 minutes, rather than continuing without confirmation, as this affected my budget. Additionally, there was noticeable background noise due to issues with his microphone. I hope he can improve the audio quality going forward. It would also be appreciated if future sessions strictly follow the scheduled time, and that any extension—such as an extra half hour—is discussed and approved in advance, as we are university students with limited budgets.”
