“Lovely guy for the right candidate, as soon as he saw gaps in her knowledge he messaged to say she would be better with a face to face tutor, after 2 months wish it would have been discussed sooner. I had asked few times how she was getting on of which both questions were ignored. Shame as she was just getting her confidence up, despite him on several occasions saying she should be on a higher paper to she can just about get a pass is now quite distressing. I think some tutors and teachers are clearly interested in teaching those who grasp it, which is what we’ve been struggling with at her school, now leaving us and my daughter feeling a bit lost”
