“The first time Graciele worked with our 5th grade daughter, we could tell there was a difference in her style and teaching. During that first lesson, Graciele explored several different learning styles until she figured out what worked best for our daughter and then off they went! “Working with Graciele was a rewarding and stress-free experience for me. As a college graduate looking to retake the GRE, I was unsure about finding a competent tutor that would help me prepare for the math section almost four years after my most recent math class. I've long struggled with math and needed someone who was patient but could cover a lot of ground in the short (2-month) period that I had. I was also on a tight budget, and could not meet more than once a week for an hour. Graciele proved to be a dream-come-true in all these regards. She was easy to schedule with over text and could be reached at most hours of the day or night. Her meeting times were flexible, and I was able to switch our scheduled time each week since I lived nearby. That said, while I met with her in her building each week, she was very accommodating and routinely met with other students both in DC and online around the country. She spoke about some of her other clients' needs, and would routinely meet with people long into the night (past 1 am)! Personally, Graciele was very compassionate and understanding. She seems to genuinely care about all her clients, and I like to think we developed a wonderful working relationship. Ultimately the training helped, as she developed a plan to cover all the material and then broke it down by category. She does much of her teaching over a tablet computer, which means all your lessons and work are easily accessible and saved online. In the end, my score increased more than 10 points and put me well within the range of my score goal. I greatly recommend Graciele no matter where she is teaching!”
