“We have been learning with Angel for over a year. Unfortunately, we did not see any progress in our child’s learning. We raised concerns a few times regarding adjusting the teaching approach and content to better suit the child’s needs, however the lessons generally remained quite similar without any adaptation. As parents, we want to see improvement in our child's learning outcomes, but we felt that the tutor did not meet our expectations. We also initially had two children learning with her, but have since decided to discontinue both classes. Additionally, the tutor refused to provide make-up lessons, which was a concern for us. Based on our experience, we would not recommend her at this stage.”

She responded 2 days later and then failed to attend my trial lesson, notifying me less than 12 hours in advance. Ultimately, it took her 4 days to inform me of this. I am disappointed. I woke up early to attend the class, only to find out she couldn’t teach me. If she had informed me earlier, I could have looked for another tutor right away. Please communicate more effectively with your students.”
