He agreed to reschedule a session I couldn’t attend when I had something urgent. There is also quite some attentiveness to lesson duration and timing. If Adjustments to class duration happen, they are handled deliberately. For example, if I missed minutes at the beginning of a class, Dr. Rizwan tried to add a few minutes to another session. This extension of time was mentioned a few times. Even though there could’ve been some friction in interactions or dealings, I am giving a 5-star rating instead of a 4 star for example in order to point out Dr. Rizwan’s academic strength. Dr. Rizwan seems to be well educated and knowledgeable and be able to present the subject largely or at least larger than other tutors, which can help grasp the mind or like wrap the mind around the material”

“When we started working with Rizwan, it was a pleasant experience. He was informed of our expectation of needing a teacher long-term and was informed he would be teaching 20+ classes per month. The children loved having him as a teacher, and we were happy with our choice. About a month ago or so, we were informed of his inability to cover 4 classes on the weekend, which was agreed upon prior, and he asked us to change the schedule and not book the children on the same day anymore. We agreed to this request, but then communication became reduced and delayed, and the children were only able to start doing about 2 classes per week. All these changes seem to coincide with a triple increase in class price, which leaves us wondering if we were dropped without notice due to the price change, not so much a scheduling issue. Additionally, the 10am class was canceled this morning and rescheduled for Wednesday without consulting me on a reschedule, after he has already informed us of his inability to continue as the children's teacher. Otherwise, he was a good teacher. The above explanation is the reason for a 4 star review.”
